修复设计
先进行老房子及周边场地测绘，对需要修复的建筑主体进行修复诊断，然后进行修复设计改造。设计力图建立一个当地非物质文化遗产展示、加工、销售工作室。在保持沿街风貌与整体统一的基础上，将老民居一层恢复为商铺并增加展示功能；二层为办公及交流区，中部朝后院一侧提高坡屋顶高度，并在二层增加一条连廊与后院工具房和卫生间的屋顶联通，然后布置室外楼梯从屋顶通向后院，保留后院原有树木，让人流动在石板屋顶景观与庭院景观之间；老民居两边铺屋顶保持原有高度，二层两边较低部分留出中空与一层空间形成对话。将后院茅房改为卫生间和加工作坊。

 DESIGN  WORK
In order to judge the major building that needs to be repaired, we should make a survey and draw of the old houses and surroundings at first and then make a restoration of revise. The design intended to establish a studio for display, process and marketing of local intangible cultural heritage. Except for keeping the original scene along the street consistent, the first floor’s old dwellings should be reverted to shops and add display. The second floor is administrative and communication area. In order to add a new corridor, which connects the toolhouse of backyard and washroom, firstly, we should improve the height of slope roof, which in the middle part of backyard, and then add external stairways to connect roof and backyard and protect existing trees in backyard. Only in this way can our visitors move from the view of stone roof to the view of backyard. Moreover, the shops’ roof on both sides of the old dwellings should maintain the original height while the lower part of two sides on the second floor should leave spaces to talk with the people on the first floor. Finally, change the outhouse in backyard to washroom and processing workshop.
